Pathways at Wellington Place

Pathways is a 24-suite assisted living memory support community that is designed specifically for individuals with dementia who require a supportive environment in order to provide security and structure, and to enable functional independence. The four life skill centers located in the 20 foot wide corridor promote functional independence in daily activities.
